A fitness enthusiast has shared her incredible body transformation with fans online, revealing how she gained 10 kilos in the space of two years to become a more stress-free and less anxious version of herself.
Erin James, from Newcastle, weighed just 51 kilos in 2019 before she gained 12 kilos after hitting the gym five days a week and increasing the amount of protein in her diet.
The model, 22, has inspired many of her followers by revealing her impressively toned figure in a posted to TikTok which now has more than 3.8million views.
Erin told FEMAIL her fitness journey began two years ago when she inadvertently started losing weight as a result of stress and poor eating habits.
